Our self-contained luxury apartment has been designed with your comfort, relaxation and privacy in mind. It has its own entrance and parking area separate from the main house. The apartment is situated on the first floor and enjoys views across the Garden, Tasman Bay and the night lights of Nelson across the bay.

Bedroom
A sunny bedroom enjoying views across the garden and lake. Queen-sized bed. Duvet, high quality linen and towels provided. Additional covers and pillows are available. Electric blanket and heaters for the winter months and a cooling fan for summer. Wardrobe, drawers, clock radio.
Ensuite luxury bathroom
Large tiled bathroom with two person spa bath, separate walk in shower, vanity with mirror, toilet, heater, heated towel rail and hair drier, shaver point and socket. Large soft bath towels and hand towels and complimentary toiletries. Beach towels are also available on request.
Sunny living room
Open plan living room with full kitchen facilities enjoys all day sun and views across the garden to Tasman Bay beyond. Sofa, chair and coffee table. Sky TV, DVD/CD player. A large collection of DVDs are available for guests to watch. Magazines, books and games. Fresh flowers on your arrival.
Kitchen
Full facilities for self-catering, including, an oven, hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Complimentary tea, milk, ground coffee and juices.
Laundry
Facilities for drying and washing clothes are available in the main house. Iron and ironing board are available.
Internet
Free wireless broadband internet connection. Fax facilities and photocopying available in the main house. Telephone available if required. Free local calls but charges will be made for toll calls.
Outside
There are lovely private gardens and patio areas providing several seating areas to relax in and enjoy the views. A BBQ and sun loungers are also provided. There is access to walking tracks around the olive grove. The olive grove produces award winning olive oil that can be sampled and purchased at the Tasman Bay Olive Shop a few minutes walk away.
Quality linens and fittings have been used throughout the self-contained apartment.
