All the following pictures are within easy driving distance of Waimarama House in Mapua, Nelson New Zealand.

Mapua is situated at the top of the South Island of New Zealand. Having the most sunshine hours in the country and being surrounded by spectacular scenery makes it a fantastic holiday location all year round.

Nelson airport is 30 minutes away and provides links to major tourist destinations around New Zealand as well as linking with international airports. Picton is a 2 hour drive away where a ferry service connects with Wellington on the North Island.

Waimarama House is situated on the coastal highway, 35 kms from Nelson city and airport. We are a short distance from the charming village of Mapua and 12 kms from the town of Motueka. The beautiful beaches of Kaiteriteri are only 30 minutes away.

Directions to find us
From Nelson take state highway 6 to Richmond. After leaving Richmond take the right turn onto state highway 60 and travel on towards Mapua. 6 kms after Mapua you will come to Horton Road on the left hand side. Travel to the end of Horton Road - approx 1 km. You will come to Tasman Bay Olive Shop and a map of the Beulah Ridge estate. Carry on with the shop on your right, and go over the speed bump. At the fork in the road follow the road to the left and up the hill. At the top of the hill take the right fork and follow the road around to our house. At the entrance to our drive you will see a small blue sign with the number 201 on it. All the roads are tar sealed.
