Accommodation Rates for Waimarama House 
Rates are for 2 people per night. Minimum stay of 2 nights
18th Dec – 31st Jan $175
1st Feb – 30th April $160
May 1st to 17th December - $145
Discounts are given on stays of 4 nights or more and for returning guests.
Breakfast basket $15 per person.
Reservations will be accepted and guaranteed by us on payment of a non refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost and credit card details will be required when a booking is made.
Cancellation policy: 50% payable if cancelled within 14 days of stay if we are unable to let the accommodation. Full rate payable if cancelled with 24 hours of stay.
Check in is 2.00 pm and check out 10.00 a.m. A later check out may be possible by prior arrangement
